We will know when you are getting low and are in need of replacement cartridges so they can be delivered before you run out. It also alerts us if there are any maintenance issues that require attention. CW Print Manager will be able to calculate your overall Cost Per Page and ensure you are getting the most out of your Ink and Toner Planet toner cartridges. This passive piece of software can turn “percentage of toner remaining” to “printable days remaining” calculated using an algorithm based upon the printer’s printing activity.
Contracts are adjustable and can include free service, maintenance and parts. We can place new printers or “adopt” your printers into our Print Management System.
