- Centrifuge completely clears dried ink from cartridge
Filling
- Under at least 96% vacuum so no air bubbles reach print head
- Toner cartridge parts are replaced: drum, rollers, blades
- 200 different inks & toners to match viscosity, color, size
Testing
- Each cartridge is tested prior to being packaged
Packaging
- Capped
- Taped to prevent leakage
- Sealed
